Challenge
Cross Grain Furniture had zero digital presence. No website, no Google My Business profile, no online store, no product photography, and no paid advertising. A skilled craftsman with a full workshop — invisible online.
Solution
I built their entire digital presence from scratch. This meant designing and launching a WooCommerce store, shooting product photography, setting up and managing their Google My Business profile, running Google Ads campaigns, and creating ongoing content. Now moving into automation to streamline their digital operations end-to-end.
Outcome
Increased sales, expanded online visibility, and a measurable uptick in foot traffic to the physical workshop. The digital infrastructure built gave the business a foundation to survive and grow through a difficult period — and the work continues.
