Challenge
AI Decoded were an early-stage AI company that needed both a web presence and a hands-on technical partner — someone who could work across web, app, and AI product development simultaneously and help them deliver for their own clients.
Solution
I became their embedded technical partner. Delivered agentic workflow design, prompt and context engineering, and end-to-end product prototyping. Projects include UCODE — a 16-week AI Technopreneurship LMS built on WordPress + Tutor LMS with Python automation for course structure, student onboarding, and team management — and Brand Buddy AI, a members-only Claude-powered assistant for a brand coach, integrated directly into their Podia course platform.
Outcome
AI Decoded can now deliver technical AI products to their clients with confidence. The partnership enabled them to move from concept to working prototype rapidly across multiple projects — and to position themselves credibly in a market that demands real technical depth.
